Cuatrecasas launches via association in Colombia

Cuatrecasas has launched operations in Colombia through an association with local firm Posse Herrera Ruiz. The association will operate through a new company called Posse Herrera Ruiz & Cuatrecasas, which will allow both firms to operate independently as needed. The alliance comes as part of Cuatrecasas’ recent expansion efforts in Central and South America, following a launch in Mexico City earlier in the year. The Colombian office will focus on banking and finance, corporate M&A matters, energy and natural resources, infrastructure, and international arbitration.
