Nigel Ward cancels Paul Hastings move to stay at Ashurst

After announcing his intention to move to Paul Hastings earlier this month, Nigel Ward has ultimately decided to stay at Ashurst, where he is currently a banking partner. Paul Hastings recently picked up three other members of Ward’s practice, including partners Diala Minott, Cameron Saylor and Michael Smith. Ashurst has seen a number of departures from offices across the globe this year.
