Mayer Brown finance partner jumps to Fieldfisher

Fieldfisher has hired Richard Todd, the firm’s second Mayer Brown finance hire within the past two months. Jayne Backett was hired as a partner by Fieldfisher in September, after having previously worked as an associate at Mayer Brown. Todd has been a partner at Mayer Brown since 2013 and previously worked for Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP). He will be a partner on the derivatives and structured finance team at Fieldfisher.
