Slater and Gordon continues restructuring with more closures

Slater and Gordon (S&G) has confirmed that the firm’s restructuring efforts will involve additional office closures in the UK, as announced by group managing director Andrew Grech. These updates follow previous changes, including a 16% cut in headcount and a reorganization of the firm’s legal services offerings. The restructuring initiative goes by the name ‘UK Performance Improvement Programme’ and is intended to address challenges faced by the firm in order to sustain its UK business. Grech emphasized the importance of conducting the programme in a phased approach to allow adequate time to implement transitions.
