Fieldfisher and JS Partners form new firm in China

Fieldfisher has merged with Beijing firm JS Partners, in a move that will create a new firm named FeiShi. The firm will include all 12 partners from JS Partners, and will operate under the Fieldfisher brand. According to Michael Chissick, Fieldfisher managing partner, the combination offers the firm an opportunity to grow its presence in China. The merger will be the third for Fieldfisher within the past six months.
