Osborne Clarke boosts tech R&D with new team
Osborne Clarke has launched a team to expand its investment and presence in technology R&D. The move addresses a key outcome of the firm’s latest IT strategy review, in which increased technology investment was identified as a key goal for the firm’s growth strategy. IT director Nathan Hayes said the firm is implementing IT training processes for its staff, although technology skills assessments are not a formal part of the promotion process.
