PwC opens new practice in Singapore

PwC Legal has opened a new practice in Singapore, branded as PwC Legal International. The Singapore base will operate as a foreign law practice and will specialize in regional projects. PwC global legal services head Leon Flavell will oversee the office, as well as the firm’s overall expansion strategy in the region. Earlier this year, PwC hired Natalie Breen of Norton Rose Fulbright, as well as Keith McGuire of Ashurst, both of whom previously served as partners in international firms. According to Flavell, PwC continues to expand its presence in the region to meet growing client demand.
