Squires takes on WilmerHale Frankfurt team

Squire Patton Boggs has hired a three-partner team from the Frankfurt office of US firm Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr. The team includes former WilmerHale Frankfurt partner-in-charge Reinhart Lange, as well as Christofer Eggers and Eva Schalast, both of whom will join the firm as partners. Squires has been expanding in Germany this year, having recently merged with US firm Carroll, Burdick & McDonough, which added three German locations to Squires. According to George von Mehren, Squires’ global chair of international dispute resolution, the new team will bolster the firm’s operations in Germany as Squires continues to boost its offerings in the region.
