Employee feedback prompts sabbatical and flexible work options at Slaughters
Slaughter and May has introduced updates to the rewards and benefits it offers to employees, following a year-long assessment organized by the firm’s partners, with advisory services from Willis Towers Watson. The employee benefits survey incorporated feedback from 84 per cent of staff members at Slaughters. The changes include launching an associate sabbatical program, which allows associates to take a four-week paid sabbatical after three years of post-qualified experience at the firm. Additionally, the firm has introduced a flexible work option that allows associates to work from home one day per week.
