Clyde & Co half-year turnover up 17 per cent

Clyde & Co has posted its half-year financial results, revealing a turnover increase of 17 per cent in the first half of 2016/17. Turnover grew from £192m to £224m, taking into account the firm’s recent mergers with Thornton David Fein and Simpson & Marwick. During the same period last year, turnover increased by 8 per cent from £178m to £192m. Clyde & Co has been expanding globally during the past year, having grown the firm through hiring activity as well as acquisitions. The firm now operates in new locations including Sydney, Miami, and Germany. Clyde & Co posted record profits of £665,000 during the 2015/16 financial year.
