Law firm mergers continue steady pace

Hildebrandt International says in its Q2 merger report that law firm merger activity continued at a steady pace with a total of 14 completed law firm mergers and acquisitions involving U.S. law firms. Globally, there were at least 30 mergers involving non-U.S.-based law firms. U.K. firms completed 17 mergers in the second quarter. Next was Australia, with four mergers.
