Chris Seaton appointed new senior partner at Burges Salmon

Chris Seaton has been appointed as the next senior partner at Burges Salmon following an uncontested election. He takes over the position from Alan Barr, who served as senior partner since 2011. Seaton is an employment partner at Burges Salmon, and is expected to spend half of his fee-earning time on the firm’s employment team. He has been with the firm since 1991, and became a partner in 1999.
