KWM “hardship fund” receives positive response

After three King & Wood Mallesons partners established a “hardship fund” designed to assist staff impacted by the firm’s EUME struggles, the program has received a positive response. The fund was established by former EUME managing partner Tim Bednall and London-based partners David Wilman and Darren Roiser. The program was launched last week and depends on monetary donations from former partners. The funds will be distributed to former staff members experiencing hardship due to the firm’s EUME collapse. The fund will be managed by Bednall, Roiser and Wilman, and the details regarding recipients and logistics is still being solidified.
