DLA partners encouraged to collaborate through Project Connect program
DLA Piper has launched a new collaboration initiative called Project Connect, which encourages finance partners to collaborate across practices and offices. The program is led by Martin Bartlam, who will head up the firm’s international finance practice as of 1 May. Maurice Allen, who will be working with DLA as a consultant, will also play a role in executing the new program. Bartlam said partners will incentivized through the firm’s existing remuneration system. Project Connect will provide remuneration based on development of client relationships as a result of collaborative endeavors.
