Mills & Reeve to merge with London boutique Maxwell Winward

Mills & Reeve is preparing to merge with Maxwell Winward, a London-based boutique firm that specializes in real estate and construction matters. The deal is estimated to add turnover of £6m to Mills & Reeve’s turnover in London. Maxwell Winward’s lawyers will move to Mills & Reeve’s London offices when the merger goes live on 1 June. According to Mills & Reeve senior partner Justin Ripman, the merger will create new growth opportunities for the firm.
