PwC and GE enter into five-year tax deal

PwC has finalized a deal with GE in which 600 members of GE’s tax team will join PwC, which operates the world’s largest tax practice. The firm’s tax practice currently employs 41,000 professionals across 157 countries. According to Harvard Law professor David Wilkins, many professional service firms are increasing their legal presence. PwC released a statement confirming that the firm is adapting to a shifting marketplace.
