Winckworth Sherwood hires Rosenblatt Solicitors real estate head

Winckworth Sherwood has hired Andrew Kinsley, head of real estate at Rosenblatt Solicitors, in an effort to expand its real estate team. Kinsley spent a decade at Winckworth, where he specialized in commercial and residential real estate matters such as acquisitions, development, management, and financing. According to Francesco Ferrari, Winckworth Sherwood’s real estate head, the firm is expanding its real estate capabilities in response to increased demand, despite the region’s current economic environment and Brexit-related uncertainty. The real estate team at Winckworth Sherwood includes around 100 members.
