LInklaters’ metrics revamp to focus on team performance

Linklaters has announced that the firm will be phasing out its current partner metrics system, which focuses on individual assessments of performance. In its place, the firm plans to introduce a revamped system focusing on performance of teams and the firm as a whole, as measured by feedback sessions for partners and teams. As part of the new system, LInklaters plans to move away from individual partner targets, as well as annual partner appraisals. The change was proposed by global managing partner Gideon Moore at Linklaters’ annual partners’ meeting, which was recently held in Monaco.
