Freshfields hires bankruptcy team from Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has hired a bankruptcy team from Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer, the recently combined firm resulting from a merger between Arnold & Porter and Kaye Scholer. The team includes restructuring partners Madlyn Primoff, Mark Liscio and Scott Talmadge. Liscio served as co-chair of the bankruptcy and insolvency group at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer. All three partners joined Kaye Scholer from Clifford Chance in 2005.
