Clydes to opens first Mexico office via local merger

Clyde & Co will open its first office in Mexico following a merger with local firm Garza Tello & Asociados. The deal, which is awaiting approval from the Foreign National Investment Commission, incorporates Garza Tello & Asociados into Clyde & Co’s single partnership structure. The merger will bring Clyde & Co a new office in Mexico City, along with four partners and 23 lawyers. The Mexico office will work with Clyde & Co teams based in London, Miami, Madrid and New York.
