White & Case raises NQ pay by 17%
White & Case has increased its pay for newly qualified (NQ) associates in London. As of 2017, the US firm has implemented a raise of £15,000, or 17%, for NQs, bringing their salaries to £105,000. Associates with one year of post-qualified experience (PQE) have received a 16% raise, with their pay rising to £110,000. The largest pay increase went to associates with two years of PQE, who have seen a 19% increase, bringing their salaries to £120,000. Pay is discretionary for lawyers with three years’ PQE and above.
