KWM Australia’s Sue Kench named global managing partner

King & Wood Mallesons has appointed Sue Kench as the firm’s next global managing partner. She replaces Stuart Fuller, who has resumed full-time practice in Australia after stepping down from the role at the end of 2016. Kench will be responsible for global strategy and operations, which will focus primarily on Asia. Berkeley Cox will take on Kench’s previous position as Australia chief executive partner. Kench will begin her term as global managing partner on June 1.
