Skadden hires Richard Youle of White & Case PE duo

Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom has hired private equity specialist Richard Youle of White & Case, where he served as global and EMEA co-head of private equity. White & Case PE partner Katia Butler will also make the move to Skadden along with Youle. While at White & Case, Youle worked with Ian Bagshaw after the duo joined the firm in 2013. In 2015, Youle and Bagshaw were named co-heads of the firm’s private equity practice in London. Following Youle’s departure, Bagshaw will continue to lead the firm’s City PE practice.
