German lateral hires at Dechert, Watson Farley and McDermott
Dechert has hired PwC’s Joachim Kayser, who joins the firm’s Frankfurt office as a partner on the financial services team.
Meanwhile, Watson Farley has hired Bjorn-Axel Diβars from Latham & Watkins. He joins Watson Farley’s Hamburg office, where he will focus on disputes and transactional matters.
McDermott hired Daniel von Brevern, who joins the firm’s Dusseldorf office from Linklaters. According to McDermott Germany head Norbert Schulte, the hire will boost the firm’s expanding antitrust and competition practice.
