Pinsent Masons acquires Brook Graham diversity consultancy

Pinsent Masons has acquired Brook Graham, a consulting company that specializes in diversity and inclusion. The firm has recently invested in a number of companies, including ‘new law’ start-up Yuzu, along with Cerico, a compliance company that focuses on cloud-based services. Pinsents senior partner Richard Foley said the acquisition aligns with the firm’s holistic view of client service. He said that diversity and inclusion services are valued by clients, who will benefit from the firm’s new offerings. Pinsent Masons partner Linda Jones oversaw the Brook Graham acquisition.
