New hires at Reed Smith, Haynes and Boone and K&L Gates

A number of firms have made recent hires across various global offices, with firms including Reed Smith, Haynes and Boone and K&L Gates bringing on new partners. Reed Smith has hired partner Petar Orlic in the firm’s London office, where he joins from a position as head of real estate at Faegre Baker Daniels. Haynes and Boone hired M&A duo Tom Ferns and Nick Foss-Pedersen from Rosenblatt Solicitors. Ferns and Foss-Pedersen will launch a corporate practice in Haynes and Boone’s London office. K&L Gates has hired energy partner Elias Hinckley from Sullivan & Worcester . He served as head of Sullivan & Worcester’s energy group, and joins the Washington office of K&L Gates.
