Hogan Lovells to merge with Boston firm Collora

Hogan Lovells has announced plans to merge with Collora, a 13-partner litigation and investigations firm based in Boston. The combination will establish a Hogan Lovells base in Boston and strengthen its life sciences offerings. According to Hogan Lovells CEO Steve Immelt, Boston is a key market where the firm determined a local base would provide value to clients. Immelt added that Collora’s expertise in life sciences will complement Hogan Lovells’ practice areas.
