Anselm Raddatz named new Clifford Chance PE head in Germany

Clifford Chance has appointed a new head of private equity in Germany. Anselm Raddatz, who currently serves as corporate co-head, will take over as PE head while retaining his current position in Düsseldorf. Thomas Krecek is the firm’s other co-head of corporate in Germany. Raddatz joined Clifford Chance in 2015 from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and has worked with clients including Fresenius Kabi and SCA. Previous PE head Christopher Kellett retired from the firm earlier this year.
