Taylor Wessing hires Latham corporate partner in Paris

Taylor Wessing has hired corporate partner François Mary from the Paris office of US firm Latham & Watkins. Mary spent more than a decade as a partner in Latham’s Paris office, which houses more than 20 partners. While at Latham, Mary focused on private equity and corporate M&A, advising clients such as Bridgepoint Advisers and Altrad Group. Taylor Wessing’s Paris office was launched in 2003 and is currently led by Gilles Amsallem.
