Manchester firm Berg & Co acquired by Kennedys

Kennedys has announced that the firm has acquired Berg & Co, a Manchester firm that specializes in corporate, commercial, banking and financial, real estate, employment and dispute resolution matters. Berg & Co’s 50 staff members will join Kennedys’ Manchester office once the acquisition is complete. The Manchester firm’s current leaders include CEO Alison Loveday and founder Reuben Berg, who currently serves as senior partner. According to Kennedys senior partner Nick Thomas, Berg & Co is a good fit for Kennedys, which recently reported an 8% increase in revenue for the 2016/17 year.
