Simon Davies to leave Lloyds amid management changes
Lloyds Banking Group has announced that Simon Davies will step down from his role as chief people legal and strategy officer. The move is part of a broader management shakeup that will also see group general counsel Kate Cheetham attend the group executive committee. According to Lloyds group chief executive António Horta Osório, the management changes are part of the banking group’s strategic plan for 2018-2020. Prior to joining Lloyds in 2015, Davies served as managing partner at Linklaters.
