Matheson launches San Francisco office

Matheson has launched a new office in San Francisco, which will be the third US location for the Irish firm. The firm currently operates offices in New York and Silicon Valley. The new office will be led by partner Mark O’Sullivan, with technology and privacy lawyer Chris Bollard joining next month from Arthur Cox. The San Francisco location will focus on technology, intellectual property, data protection, corporate transactions, financial services, tax, fintech, pharma, and medtech. According to managing partner Michael Jackson, the new base will allow the firm to better serve its clients in the US and Ireland.
