Linklaters to hire FCA managing director in London

Linklaters is slated to bring on Clare McMullen, who will leave her post as managing director at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to join the firm. She will reportedly join Linklaters as counsel. McMullen has worked at the FCA since 2008, when she joined as an associate. She was promoted to legal technical specialist, followed by a promotion to her current role as manager in 2013. Before joining the FCA, she spent six years as a barrister at Atkinson Bevan Chambers.
