Just six months after King & Spalding launched in the Silicon Valley, another Atlanta-based firm, Alston & Bird, is set to open its doors in the Bay Area. A group of IP lawyers leaving Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld is planning to join Alston & Bird.
