Slater and Gordon 33-strong team hired by BLM

BLM has boosted its new commercial advisory practice with the hire of 33 lawyers from the UK arm of Slater and Gordon (S&G). The team has joined BLM as of 2 October, and will be split across the firm’s London and Manchester locations. The new team includes 11 partners, with Stephen Lintott appointed as head of the commercial advisory business division. According to BLM senior partner Mike Brown, the newly created commercial advisory practice will help the firm expand its capabilities to complement its insurance arm.
