Womble hires three-partner team in Boston

Womble Carlyle has hired a team of three partners in the firm’s Boston office, prior to its upcoming merger with Bond Dickinson. The team joins Womble from the Boston office of McCarter & English, and includes partners Cristin Cowles, Danielle Herritt, and Deborah Vernon. Womble Carlyle’s Boston office, which opened on 1 September, focuses primarily on IP and life sciences matters. The firm is slated to merge with Bond Dickinson on 1 November, and will operate as Womble Bond Dickinson following the merger.
