BLP confirms merger talks with Bryan Cave

Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has confirmed merger talks with Bryan Cave, a Global 100 firm. The discussions come a year and a half after BLP and Greenberg Traurig called off merger talks. The proposed merger is subject to a vote by the firm’s partnership slated to take place later this year. According to BLP managing partner Lisa Mayhew, a potential tie-up would help the firms to achieve their shared ambitions for future growth.
