Cleary announces promotion round of three new partners

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton has announced three new partner promotions in a smaller round than usual. The promotion round included London-based M&A lawyer Nallini Puri, who joined the firm fromIndian firm Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. The firm has also promoted New-York based lawyers Abena Mainoo and Hugh Conroy. This year’s round was scaled back from last year’s, which included a total of eight worldwide.
