Clifford Chance brings on HSF and Hogan Lovells partners in Australia

Clifford Chance has hired two new partners to boost its Sydney office, with one hire each from Herbert Smith Freehills 51] (HSF) and Hogan Lovells. The firm has hired Andrew Crook from Hogan Lovells, where he has worked since April 2016 from Gilbert + Tobin, an independent firm in Australia. Mark Currell joins from Herbert Smith Freehills, where he he has been a partner since 2013. Richard Gordon, Australia managing partner at Clifford Chance, said the hires will help the firm strengthen its corporate practice in the region.
