Quinn team leaves firm to launch spin-off
A group of eight Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan lawyers have left the firm’s New York office to set up a new spin-off firm. The new firm will be a boutique called Selendy & Gay PLLC, and will be led by Faith Gay and Philippe Selendy. The firm will include fellow Quinn colleagues Sean Baldwin, Jennifer Selendy, Christine Chung, David Elsberg, Maria Ginzburg, and Andrew Dunlap. According to John Quinn, managing partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, the firm respects the decisions of the spin-off team and expects Quinn to remain as a strong firm.
