Reed Smith adds SEC trial attorney Amy Greer as a partner

Reed Smith LLP, one of the 15 largest law firms in the world, today announced the addition of Amy Greer as a partner in the Philadelphia office of its firmwide Regulatory Litigation Group, effective immediately. Ms. Greer is an experienced trial attorney who joins Reed Smith from the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where, for the past four years she has served as Regional Trial Counsel for the Philadelphia Regional Office.
