Simon Dodds joins Shearman from Deutsche Bank

Simon Dodds has left his in-house role at Deutsche Bank to join Shearman & Sterling. He served as co-general counsel at Deutsche Bank and left his position at the company earlier this year after spending nearly 20 years at the company. At Shearman, Dodds will work in the firm’s London office on the financial institutions and regulatory practice. The firm also recently bolstered its London location with the hire of Ward McKimm of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
