Mayer Brown finance team heads to Dechert in Paris

A five-lawyer team from Mayer Brown’s Paris office has left the firm to join Dechert. The real estate and finance team’s move will be overseen by partner Privat Vignand, who has worked at Mayer Brown since 2002. The team also includes associates Antoine Periat, Fanny Roiena, Guenaëlle Taroni, and Pauline Keller. Dechert global finance and real estate chair Richard Jones said the team will bolster the firm’s offerings in Paris and internationally.
