Dentons Rodyk hires corporate lawyer from Fortis in Singapore
Dentons Rodyk & Davidson has hired Eunice Yao as a partner in the firm’s Singapore office. Yao is a corporate lawyer who began her career at Rodyk & Davidson and most recently served as associate director of Fortis Law Corporation in Singapore. Yao, who joins Dentons Rodyk’s corporate practice, focuses on mergers and acquisitions, fintech, and capital markets for clients in a number of sectors, including technology, real estate, education, healthcare, and energy. Dentons Rodyk also recently hired Yi Jing Teo from Charles-Lim Capital, while Evelyn Ang exited the firm to join EY.
