Ashar Qureshi exits Freshfields to join Fried Frank

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer partner Ashar Qureshi has left the firm to join Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in London. At Freshfields, Qureshi was a corporate and capital markets partner in the firm’s London office. He spent four years at the firm and has previous experience in the US securities field. Qureshi will lead Fried Frank’s EMEA global transactions team, and will specialize in corporate finance, capital markets, M&A, and other international corporate transactions.
