Bakers to open business services center in Florida
[Baker McKenzie 14] is slated to open a new business services center in Tampa, Florida. The new support center will be the firm’s third location of its kind.
The move is part of Bakers’ new business services strategy, which involves reorganizations across a variety of departments. The new Tampa center will be led by Jamie Lawless, who previously held roles in the firm’s New York and Washington DC offices.
According to Bakers global chair Paul Rawlinson, the firm is investing in systems and people to help the firm operate more effectively, and the Tampa center will help the firm to achieve these goals.
