White & Case brings on Weil banking head in London
White & Case has boosted its banking capabilities with the hire of Mark Donald. He joins the firm from Weil Gotshal & Manges where he served as head of banking in the firm’s London office. Prior to joining Weil in 2012, Donald was at Hogan Lovells for 15 years. He specializes in acquisition finance, along with fund financing, acquisition finance, mid-market transactions and leveraged buyouts. According to White & Case global banking head Eric Leicht, the move is part of the firm’s effort to strengthen its London banking practice.
