Addleshaws brings on Lance Jiang in Hong Kong

Addleshaw Goddard has hired Lance Jiang, who joins from Great Wall AMC International Holdings, a distressed-debt company in China. He served as co-head of legal while at the company. Jiang will join Addleshaw’s Hong Kong office, where he is set to become a partner in spring 2019. He focuses on corporate finance matters including debt, dept capital markets, restructurings, and NPLs. Addleshaws also recently expanded its Hong Kong operations with the hire of Janie Wong, who joined from Dechert and Eric Chan of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
