Two legacy partners from Bryan Cave depart from BCLP

Seven months after the completion of a merger between Bryan Cave and Berwin Leighton Paisner, two partners have announced their departure from the combined firm, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP). Kristi Swartz and Nigel Binnersley, both of whom joined the combined firm from Bryan Cave, will exit from the firm. Swartz served as managing partner for the Hong Kong office, while Binnersley was a partner with the firm, also in Hong Kong. Three associates will also depart from BCLP along with Swartz and Binnersley. The partners have not announced concrete plans yet, but are expected to establish their own firm in Hong Kong.
