DLA Piper appoints Liam Cowell as managing partner in UK

DLA Piper has announced that Liam Cowell will take on the position of UK managing partner, replacing Sandra Wallace. Wallace has been in the role for three years, and will continue working as UK and Europe joint managing director. Cowell currently serves as North West managing partner, overseeing operations in Liverpool and Manchester. He has been with the firm since 1994 and focuses on project finance and infrastructure matters.
